With a background in education (B.S., M. Ed.), Carol Ann Hontz' life mission is to help individuals (and especially children) heal from early life traumas and life's stress. Carol has taught stress-release methodology to15,000 students in Eastern Europe and America, has authored three books and continues to teach her Metamorphosis Courses which prepare students to learn how to heal all facets of their lives, emotional and physical.

She has sponsored many Montessori preschools and elementary schools in Eastern Europe as well as teaching Montessori teachers. Thousands of her graduates have opened clinics, offices and work in schools and clinics throughout eastern Europe.

She Carol Ann lives in Budapest, Hungary, in New Jersey and in Illinois. She has two daughters and a granddaughter in the USA.
